Our verdict
JamPlay + TrueFire for a huge guitar/bass library at a known price; Yousician for mic-feedback app learning and family instruments.
JamPlay is $29/mo or $8.25/mo billed annually with a 14-day trial and 70,000+ lessons. Yousician trials 7 days, lists 10,000+ lessons/songs, teaches five instruments with real-time feedback, and does not publish a USD price on public pages; its refund is 14 days only if the paid service was not accessed.
